First and foremost i get a buzz from training people, seeing people improve and taking what benefits they attain into all areas of their life!
I’ve always been a pretty sporty sort since childhood. Mostly traditional sports like football , some rugby and athletics. I was a decent 1500m and cross country runner in school. But before you roll your eyes and think i don’t have empathy for YOUR story please read on.
From the age of 17 my life has been heavily influenced by boxing. ( The title belts aren’t mine , they belonged to some of the boxers I’ve helped train)
Although talented, winning some area amateur titles and national semi finals, many years were intermitted with successes and frequent struggles with injuries, set backs (mainly hip and back), over training illnesses and yo’ yo dieting which led me into the health and fitness industry to learn and understand more.
I began coaching boxing and providing massage in 2007. Wanting to help others towards their sporting/fitness dreams and get out of pain and restriction.
Always having the feeling there was more to the fitness and conditioning side of the sport other than some of the traditional methods of training. I researched and found great inspirational knowledge from various leaders in the industry.
During the past 8 years I’ve moved much more towards training and coaching as a whole, qualifying as a personal trainer and upscaling in various other training modems as well as boxing. I love to focus on the correlation between feeling awesome and doing awesome stuff we really want to do in life!
Its been an incredible journey so far. Meeting some brilliant coaches and inspirational people along the way. Continual learning and experience gained from coaching world ranked professional boxers to your office workers, cyclists, house wives and the general demographic wanting to lose fat , get healthier , fitter, leaner and Stronger.

I have also been fortunate to massage hundreds of different people of all body types and ages over the years.
I love to travel and have spent the past few years residing between Namibia where i still host the best fitness holiday in the world! ( biased but true) and in the Southwest of England.
